PGGM put new building into use

Since this spring, the new extension of the headquarters of pension fund PGGM in Zeist has been in use. The existing building was expanded with additional building parts that were designed by the Spanish architect Josep Lluis Mateo (Mateo arquitectura, Barcelona). The new building for PGGM is adjacent to the existing building which has a natural foundation.

A 3-layer parking garage for approximately 1000 cars has been constructed, which runs underneath the entire building. The new development has large spans and a lot of glass in its facades. The building is open and takes advantage of daylight. The wooden facade slats reduce the heat load on the facade.
