Ministries of Public Safety, Justice and the Interior, The Hague

For the ministries of Justice and the Interior and Kingdom relations, two 140 m high office towers have been built at the location of the former 'Black Madonna'. The plinth building houses the general facilities. Underneath the entire complex, a two-level parking garage has been built.

The towers have an in-situ core and a facade made of prefabricated concrete elements. Together, core and
facade provide the stability of both towers.

As sustainable application, floors with concrete core activation have been used. The floors consist of wide slab floors with weight-saving elements.
