Witte Keizer, Rotterdam
The project is constructed on a triangular piece of land in a curve of the river Rotte. Below ground level, a fully automatic parking garage has been constructed. The lower levels up to level 2 consist of a concrete structure poured on site. The upper levels from level 3 upwards have been constructed with prefabricated concrete elements in facade and floors.
The facade is built up from sandwich elements, which enabled the load bearing inner leaf and the facade to be applied in one work step.
