Sustainable high-rise - Variant 1
The first sustainability variant of the study ‘Sustainable high-rise’ consists of:
- bearing prefabricated concrete facade
- prefabricated concrete center beam with concrete columns and hollow core floor + compression slab
The environmental costs of this variant are € 30,39 per m2.
