Ir. Martin Durian, Managing Director / Owner

“I am a consulting engineer. Nice work: working with clients, the first conceptual structural design, making sure all appointments are kept and giving advice.

I also deal with the organisation of our company, for example planning and personnel. Since we work in project teams, we demand a lot of our employees. Technical knowledge and skills are the basis, added with communication skills and commercial insights. That is how we stand out as engineering company. When I first came in, I was a hydraulic engineer, but I never left. I have found my calling and enjoy going to work.”
