Transformation and redevelopment is one of the work areas of Zonneveld ingenieurs. Zuidstraat Emmapassage Tilburg

The area between the Heuvelstraat, the Emmapassage and the Hendrikhof in the centre of Tilburg will be redeveloped. Part of this redevelopment is the creation of an entire passage through an existing monumental building at the Heuvelstraat 20 in Tilburg. Zonneveld ingenieurs has been involved with the project from an early stage, among other reasons because of its extensive knowledge of the Pieter Vreedeplein project.
Besides the creation of a new passage, the project also entails new apartment buildings above a plinth with commercial area and the renovation and extension of several existing shop buildings.

Restoration and development Rodenrijseweg 54

The monumental farm located at the Rodenrijse weg in Berkel en Rodenrijs was seriously dilapidated. It has been rebuilt completely, using the original stones and an extra apartment building will be built on the plot of the original farm.

Redevelopment ING office Arnhem

The former ING office park at the Velperweg in Arnhem will be transformed into apartments. The so called "Kruisgebouw" will have some 285 rental apartments and on the ground floor horeca and possibly a supermarket. In the "Oostgebouw" some 70 apartments will be made and on the ground floor commercial area. The "Westgebouw" will be demolished and in its place 40 apartments will be built.
